Many people imagined that, in fact 100k was expected to happen this year. Ih ave to agree that by the time betting closed here, a lot less people considered 100k to be possible, but even in that case there were 400+ bets made on 80k to 100k betting, it is a very low chance and the odds were 87+ for it so it is clear that a lot less people thought about it by the time betting ended. However, a few months ago if you asked people, especially during October pump, they would say that it reached 68k+ again and 100k+ by the end of the year was possible.
In the end, we are not goign to see it for sure and third biggest paid bet looks like it is going to win it all. Not a shock, but not the favorites neither, people ended up not realizing what could happen. First one being 52k+ is the proof that not many of us really know what we are talking about when predicting.
There were good hype about this price of $100K and whales were doing their homework with having all things in their hands, so peoples were very optimistic about this price even few big institutions were also involved in this hype, and they were giving big headlines about this all but suddenly as big whales have their profit they dumb this and bring down on level.
Peoples with having some good and technical mind were giving cautions about this, but greediness is always winner so many peoples done this all but still it's some solid chance we are going to have another big thing in near future even it's going to take some time like 2 or 3 months, but we will have another very strong bull run in sights for future. With having chance of this magic figure of $100K for this new year 2022 because now time is already approaching for this all with good adoption and better and strong community back up.
