As for Kitaiev - it's not my account. Of corse, you don't have a reason to believe me, but it's true. Besides you don't have even any proof (except two transaction - are you serious?) that it's my account. So it looks like witch-hunt. I think you can't make any decisions without hard evidence.
So:
1. Kitaiev is not my account. And even if we both took part in some bounty campaign, it wouldn't mean that we violate the rules.
2. I didn't violate rules, because I hadn't participated in any bounty campaign using my two accounts.

You had to tell something "original" about relatives, friends, etc. who innocently and independently pump tokens from bounty campaigns, and you just help them sell them on the exchange. I've heard 100 of these stories, but you didn't even try.
