Can't logged in my account, as well as my referrals

I am writing to kind attention of owners and admins regarding situation has happened at the beginning of this December. I have tried to connect to my account, as well as my referrals. I supposed that is was some kind of temporary problems. However, after some time, the same happened. I have registered a new account successfully, in order to check the possibility to login. However, when I tried to logout from my new account, I was unable to do so for some reason.

The purpose of getting involved in this kind of investment is as following:
My referrals and I live in one block and using one Wi-Fi point to access. According to our internet provider policy it seems that, we are using the same IP address.
The purpose of this investment was to help our neighbour, who is suffering from cancer. Twelve of us have decided to find/get enough money for his surgery. All of us have putted in our own money in order not get through “capture” every time and well as to get annual interest on balance. We have no other goals.
If you mean that we broke the rules, then we did it unconsciously and we are sorry for that.

If we cannot continue to use services of your fine site, then we would like to ask you to return our investments. These funds were not for us, but for one good person, who really need it. Everything we earned on your site, keep it.
