Its always about money and thats how they make their own living through gambling stream, why would you guys even expect gambling streamer to be loyal to only one site though? They can literally choose whatever sites that suits ( pay ) them the most. Anyway its either the 'other' site ( Stake ) gave him a better deal or probably Roobet stopped hiring him as their exclusive streamer but its probably the former.
I don't think so, Roobet was his home and he or his chat mods always banned other people who offered other casinos. Used to watch his streams on early days later it was a mess and not interesting after a few scandals around his Twitch channel. Surely he has been offered much better deals by other casinos but never accepted according to the Discord channel of Xposed. Maybe it was about time and he has to change places for getting into a bigger audience, who knows...
It's all about them getting paid. Loyalty or "being his home" do not mean anything if you do not make enough money. Imagine there is an offer for 5k from another place, and one at 1k from the place you call a "home", what would you do? 99% of the humanity would go for the 5k one, or the place you play end up not offering you anything anymore and just say go play with your own money whereas somewhere else covers all of your gambling expenses, you won't earn anything but you won't lose anything, it will be basically a "fake" account where casino  doesn't lose anything but you do not lose neither, in return they pay you 5k to stream 4 hours a day for a month, don't you think it would be worth it?

All in all these are just examples and it's a proof that if people are forced, they would be willing to switch sides and anyone can stop gambling at one place and go to another place.
