Will the mined coins from old blockchain be converted to the new chain? Did you pre-mine to allow this exchange?
Who will want a coin that the dev rendomly restarts when they don't like how it is being mined? Who would trade with it? What is the purpose of crypto if it is not stable?
Based from my impression here, don't expect that this one will get listed to an exchange with decent liquidity. The OP may try to list this in an unknown exchange where trading volume is very low. So yeah, I don't think you need to waste your resources or time on this. We have seen many times how this will end up with. As this is like experimental project of the OP, don't expect much.
It is not an experimental project, indeed some things went wrong in the beginning.
