IIRC all BTC and LTC withdrawals are disabled on Vircurex so they're trading their BTC for DOGE so they can withdraw. That's what raised the price so much on Vircurex. Then when they get that dogecoin on another exchange they'll dump it and trade it back for bitcoin.
