Your opinions are fair, not biased. I have also made some deposits there, played the games without unfair results and successfully made some withdrawals too. But I'm not satisfied with their VIP loyalty program which I have said above.
‘Applesoda’ only popped up here and disappeared again after making one post. A community manager should stay more active and forward our suggestions to the casino team. Currently you are more active than him in this thread and wearing their signature, that's why I thought wolfbet has hired you as a manager.
Just my opinion but I am sure the team see the community opinions regardless of being logged in. You can read a thread while being offline. Far as VIP program goes, it's a wager based program and it's active on your account. You get an update on your progress on every bet, you get rakeback on every bet, you have the VIP wheel daily, and there are promo codes now and then. The only thing that they don't do often is the promo codes.
Every site has different ways of saying thank you for playing here. Whether it be Chests, Vip wheel, rakeback, coupons, wager competitions, or whatever. The thing is, they are all based on how much you wager on a particular site. Noone is really giving anyone something for free, so you cannot expect a ton of free money from a site. They are there to make money bottom line.
Let's say a site has 100000 active players, and they give everyone 1$. That's 100k gone. Most will gamble and lose it back but some will win. Say 20000 users turn that 1$ into 20$, that's 400k potentially getting cashed out now. How long do you think a site can keep the doors open doing that?
