Today I received an email that I need to pass the KYC during 14 days after the request from Fortunejack, otherwise my account will be terminated and all funds will be confiscated. I tried to login to my account after noticing this email but I cant login, is there something wrong here? Anyone facing login issue like me? Posting it here while waiting the answer from live support.
They asked you to do KYC when you requested a withdrawal from the free spins winning in the previous week and you haven't done it. Maybe you got the email today as you haven't replied to them. Previously they blocked my account for being inactive (for not making deposits). They sent me a massage and asked me to contact their support within 14 days to avoid the account suspension. I contacted the support and they said making a deposit is the only solution to avoid the suspension. We have discussed about it here before (click to see).

BTW, I was able to login after receiving the message and they had blocked my account one month later. Maybe the situation is different in your case. And I think passing the KYC verification is the only solution there to regain the access of your account. My new account is KYC verified and I have made deposits too. So, I'm not expecting to see any inconvenience in the future.
