sure, they are somewhat liable for not permanently closing your account and I think compensation of some kind should be granted to you but asking for the money you deposited because they breached their own policy is not gonna happen.

you are addicted. If you ask me, the best thing you can do is let it go and seek help. if you keep going it'll just get worse and worse until you hit rock bottom.
