I think the right way to put the word can be "how to improve on the forum and not to grow" because that already sending a message of merit hunting. It is a gradual process of learning and with time and hard work you attract the things you want without begging for it, it is natural with life itself.
The chase for merits has derailed a lot of newbies from the primary purpose and objective of this forum which is learning and self development. Asking how to grow at such an early stage is not bad but an indication that it is well within the intention of OP to quickly qualify so as to join in any signature campaign. Growth is a gradual process that involves a lot of self development, and that requires patience as well because it takes time. OP, please focus on self development and improvement first, growth will come.
