I am writing this from October 25 on this forum, and they not responding or even answer something, and you are telling me here they are on Vacation from 30 december.


I just wrote that the official information that I found on Bitcointalk proves that the support team is inactive on the forum at the moment. You're just wasting your time if you wait for a response today. As I wrote earlier, you just have to wait a few more days.
