Exactly whenever the new casino is launched in the market the players will first of all have proper review of the site and most importantly the licence which is why we will see most of them having Curacao licence with them which have it's own advantages over time. But if we think of properly decentralised casino then it's hard to build but over the top people will not shift to them easily.
I would say that license and all of that matters in the sphere of centralization. If you are a centralized casino owned by one person or one company then it means that you need to get a license for sure, that is how it works. However if you are decentralized, if there is no owner, it is just a software basically written to allow people to gamble against each other without any centralized authority, then why would we need a license?

I am not saying that the direction crypto casinos are going is that route, because we still have to have a lot of money to do marketing for it and without marketing casinos can't sustain and that is why we won't have decentralized for a while. However, it also doesn't mean that we will never have that neither, eventually there will be casinos with absolutely no ownership at all where people could simply gamble against each other.
