I played at the casino, I staked BFG.

Now I try to play sports betting.
And ...  my WIN bets "cancelled"
But my LOSE bets - lose !

So I want to know - what does it mean ?

Why my winnings been canceled?


I asked "Live Support" :

- those. there is no such phrase in the rules ?
then let consider it incorrect and inapplicable to this situation

"without any explanations" - can do ANYTHING !
it's absurd.
