Polkadot is not a stable coin in fact it was also experiencing some weird fluctuation, just like any other cryptocurrency in the market, Anyway the Polkadot network has its own groups of project tokens and I don't think there is a popular stable coin that has using Polkadot Network at this time. back to your topic, I don't think we can exactly predict what was the outcome of the first quarter of 2020 so technically we are just speculating the possible outcome for that particular period.
