Actually I am very  interested in bounty management .I wanna take this as my side job .That's why I needs some suggestions and advice from you.I have some questions which are presented below:

• Can anyone manage a bounty campaign who have some skills about
  1. Banner designing .
  2. About html & css .
  3. Knowledge about Google form & spreadsheet.
• Apart from these, what other skills are required?And what should I start with?
• Are there any tutorials for  bounty management ?
• And where do I get work from?
• And any special trick for managing a campaign?
• And one more questions can anyone take this for career ? 
• Actually the main question is how can anyone become professional in this work?
