I've checked it's actually not phishing the site will refer to stake.com with the affiliate code like this https://stake.com/?c=OnOeJmQU
I often see ads like this that are meant for referrals although I often ignore it but indeed we have to be careful the site owner can change the link at any time bookmarks are the best way to save original links.
thanks for clearing that up and confirming what I thought it would be. I didn't thoroughly check the website but I had a feeling that it was some kind of a website that would redirect you to a referral page when you click "log in". I've stumbled upon a similar ad before but it was related to binance and assumed that it was a phishing site and even posted a thread about it.

anyway, are stake gonna take action about it? I mean, report the domain or something since the website is using their design, trademark, etc...
I would say that there is a big difference between affiliates and phishing. I used to do affiliate marketing as well and I did put it up everywhere I found, sometimes this included google as well but that was a very difficult one considering how little attention it got and it was so hard to crack to the top places.

So,I am planning on building something that is not really all that great in smaller places and banners and so forth instead of google but that was never phishing, it was the original good old stake but with my affiliate that's it. Do not be worried if you see the proper stake.com and then something afterwards, the important part is the stake.com part.
