Unfortunately Stake still has not adressed my issue, they ignore me on mail, ignore me on this forum, and they are also ignoring the third party complaint. Don't know what to do.

There were suggestions to you on what you should do. And if a representative has already talked to you, I think they've decided that's already enough on you and you should be the one to avoid it on your own. Although your concern is a matter of seriousness I think you should also push yourself to just avoid and follow the instructions given to you. I wish you recovery and hopefully it's a continuous thing in your end and you should remain responsible as you're in the process of it.
