I have doubt that it is, I don't even know this exchange, and upon having research on CMC DEXs they didn't even list there.

There are too many DEXs on CMC and Uniswap and PancakeSwap were leading there in ranking when it comes to a high volume.  But IMO, the truly decentralized exchanges are Hodlhodl and Bisq which is mentioned above.
And the benefit of these using DEXs is the privacy, which is not relying upon third-party services.
