What kind of explanation you are waiting? You have violated rules and now forcing people to solve the problem you created due to your laziness/cunning/rush to gamble. They offered you a solution, but you wanted to continue to play under your own rules. You try to turn whole situation that you are the victim, but the first wrong move was made by you. Just dont know, if it was made on purpose or accidentally. You know how people say, "Ignorance of the law is not an excuse". This is all about you. Try stealing from a shop, and when the cops come, try to explain that you did not know it is not allowed. They wont give you a chance to explain and recover your reputation.
