There's a fiat wallet inside the steam wallet. I believe that's the mode of payment he is accepting. Skins and other steam item has a separate marketplace or casino to use it as bets especially for the e-sports game. I'm still not exploring the casino but it will be good they will accept steam items as bet and use the average market value of it. How this things work with steam account? You will login your steam account credential on there website so that they will have access to the balance or they only allow money transfer from steam wallet to the website account. I'm not comfortable connecting my steam account to any site since it holds my funds for buying in-game items and games as well. I hope they have tutorial on how steam wallet works.
We just get your steam avatar from the steam account nothing else,after that you set a trade url if you want to deposit skins into our website and that's about it
