Have you gone through the survey link? Everything is described there. Each participant will receive 1500 CT tokens. They sent the message on first January, based on the details of the survey page the reward will be given on the 10th day of next month. They haven't implemented the CT tokens converting system yet. So, wait until they implement the system before raising question about it.
