I was just wondering with regards to your Steam deposit method, what exactly can you deposit? CS:GO and Dota skins?
There's a fiat wallet inside the steam wallet. I believe that's the mode of payment he is accepting. Skins and other steam item has a separate marketplace or casino to use it as bets especially for the e-sports game. I'm still not exploring the casino but it will be good they will accept steam items as bet and use the average market value of it.

The fiat wallet in steam can't be used to transfer funds across different accounts. You can, however, buy skins from the steam marketplace and trade it (although be aware of any holds).
@OP is there any plan if Steam continues their crusade against skin gambling to abandon this method of deposit?
