As of now, you are not eligible to post images due to your rank which is still a newbie. To be able to post images, you need a jr. member rank which requires 1 merit and 60 activity points
No, to become a Jr member, OP only requires 30 activity points, 60 is a requirement to become a member but with 10 merit.
and second is to buy copper membership which you don't need to rank up but have to pay btc. To upload images you can use imgur app or on site and other same apps or services that let you upload images that will be shared.
Buying copper members is one of the recommended options to get some advantages especially posting image and also waiting time limit between posts. But if the OP doesn't really need it then I think he just needs to increase his activity and the posted image will be shown as soon as he reaches Jr rank.
