Correct, in order to rate anything based on the year, we should have passed the year first. If we rate it for 2022, it will be called as prediction not rating. In simple way, we should at least try the sites first or do researches based on the user's experience.
As the ops have answered you on the title of the thread it can be changed since the prediction was for the previous year, and @Bitiny have rightly said before you rate a site you must rate out of your own experience that is you have to be familiar with the site and make some verifiable key points that make the casino to stand out in your opinion.
