I would like to give you few updates here. Current minimum withdrawal is 0.00035 BTC at Bitsler. And Tower.bet has brought some changes. Min withdrawal was 0.0005 BTC in the past, but now it is
$20 BTC or equivalent.

I have heard about them. I tried to create an account with BK8 in the past to check out the site. Unfortunately, they require that you go through KYC verification before you can access it, so I never added them as I wasn't able to check anything. If what Bitinity is saying is still true today, I wont add them to the list yet. But I will take your advice and ask about the minimum requirements in their ANN thread.
Any update about this one? CSGO500 is in the forum for more than 1 year and here is nothing bad against them in the forum yet. Maybe you have forgotten to update them in the list.
I remember checking out CSGO500 for my other thread where I listed casinos with free faucets. It turned out that the faucet isn't free, so I never added it. You need to deposit and wager to claim some free coins. But there is no reason why CSGO500 shouldn't be mentioned here. I guess I never came across their ANN thread in the first couple of pages of the Gambling sub while I was looking for new casinos to add. I will include them on the list.

I did, yes. But It looks like the only complaint regarding the affiliate program came from only one Bitcointalk member. No one else said anything negative about it. I will check out their minimums again and re-add them in OP.
