I don't know why people still think that bitcoin can be a place for people to launder money easily and safely. Bitcoin never facilitates such a thing although in practice they can do so with the help of third parties, but that is not the case.

The only thing that differentiates bitcoin from the previous system is that you have your own bank with bitcoin instead of entrusting your money to the bank and the government. Centralization and decentralization are two things you can never equate, that is what makes bitcoin superior to previous systems.
