I wonder how many people decide in advance how much to spend on gambling for the whole month
I don't think many people do it. Definitely not me. 
However, if I had to look into my wallet and count how much of my income as a percentage is spent on gambling, it would be around 5% to 20% depending on whether I am lucky or not. Unfortunately, I am not a very responsible gambler and when I get angry I can lose too much.
