Yes a bit.
One just sold on eBay for ~ $120 delivered. (Have convenience of PayPal no dealing with escrow)
Difficulty just went up.
.15BTC would be about right.

Those don't include shipping. Paypal/ebay does cost the seller alot of money, but it makes shipping and what not automated and saves alot of time.
I will reduce the price though.
