2030? That's medium term, and only 2 halvings away, so still 1.5+ Bitcoin per block. That's $1.6 million every new block. If you think that's what miners will be gunning for then, and then you assume the cost is going to be close to that too, then yeah, its "possible".
Believe or not, the long term target for bitcoin is $1 billion ~
Especially if we're thinking of long term in relation to figures like this... in which case long term would at least be close to zero BTC block rewards. I'll be either 160 years old or long dead. It's definitely possible for me to live that long, but I wouldn't be betting on it.
