Yes, it's unbelievable how even Legendary accounts use this forum to post content but obviosly they are lacking at a basic level which rules are in place.
Still (Legendary) members don't care. Unbelievable sometimes.
It is very rare to see a legendary member who does not know how to quote nor reference. There I no how the user would have scaled from newbie to legendary without knowing these rules. Lol. Actually what I think happens is that at some point, these legendary accounts change hands. In some naive cases a newbie will be the one behind a legendary account.
Then the user will face a dilemma of asking newbie questions or pretending to be a real legendary user. Ofcourse he/she will likely choose the later. Then, the consequences will be what we saw above.
