The situation with pending 44 USDT withdrawal is the following. The withdrawal stuck due to rule:
6.The treasure rewards obtained by staking those LUT coins from mining can be withdrawn directly without the need for a valid bet；as for the treasure rewards obtained by staking those LUT coins you get for free, a valid bet of 100 USDT is required
So if you have received daily free 10 LUT and staked them, received for example 0.01 USDT reward, you must make a 100 USDT bet before you will be able to withdraw them. Which is strange, because I have made my first withdrawal (remember I wrote about 5h withdrawal?) without 100 USDT bet, and my second withdrawal has been completed without 100 USDT bet.
Support told that these two withdrawal were successful, because they were "on December 20, time before Christmas". Strange explanation, as the event started December 16.
Anyway, I've asked to cancel my withdrawal and lost my balance while gambling
I've got my portion of adrenaline and I am happy for emotions I've got Never saw such a rule on a casino site (and I have used a lot of them) and this is just ridiculous. I can understand that you would need to make a valid bet if you received "free" money from a free bet or a promotion but a 100$ bet is quite extreme. If they continue to create these rules, there will not be a lot of players left to play on the site lol.
