I don't know which Crypto browser you mean. But from some examples like CryptoTab Browser. As far as I know, it goes through a mining process. I'm not sure the crypto browser thing can make a profit.
Bitcoin mining is currently difficult to use the CPU (https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Bitcoin#Mining_hardware).

Be careful with websites that promise to get some Bitcoins especially, if they ask you to deposit some money there first.
