From what I could understand, this coin has value for the fact that a "central bank" guarantees conversion to FIAT.
Isn't this non-sense? When we're talking about cryptocurrencies?
Wouldn't it be "cooler" if it has conversion to Beer or Fanta? Just to every 100.000 coins be worth something. =D

From a blunt point of view most altcoins have a value only because you can convert them for bitcoins or litecoins at an exchange and then use them to buy items/services online or trade them for FIAT.
Giving miners a the opportunity to trade the coin they mine against FIAT for a fee in a easy and straightforward way is something that currently does not exist for miners in many countrys.
To be able to trade your crypto for a bank transfer would in our opinion be much more attractive then to be able to trade it for a Fanta.
Fanta is nice if cold on a warm summer day but it would be impossible to pay your electricity bill with a bussload of Fanta`s or to trade 500 Fanta for a new CPU or GPU.
We will not work as a central bank, we will work as a middleman for conversion of AEC to FIAT.
We will not provide any banking options at all, you will not be able to store your AEC at the exchange.
