I don't think a search without quotes is possible.
I did the same search but without space, so I was typing bitcoin2.0 and I got result with much less members, and mister frankyone is again on top, this can't be coincidence 
Again, this could be with some errors, probably because NinjasticSpace website and TryNinja don't have any smart bots or algorithms for detecting multiple words.
