I have to confess my very first gambling sites were all dice and that's what I still play the most these days, but my playing time is not as big as it used to be. My history of campaigns also follows the sites where I play, just that I love supporting the brands I use I guess;) But Blackjack's never been my strong suit even though I know the rules I tend to bet with heart, which is always a bad thing to do!
I totally agree with you though about "problems". It's like crypto. Ethereum has "gas fee problems" but that's because so many people want to use it. 350 gwei gas fee today and 40% away from ATH. Haters say problem but they don't realize it's because of demand.
Of all the comments I've had here about the site, though, I really think the front end must work the best, easiest, and fastest. I know OP is working on it, along with a zillion other things (thanks boss) but I like fast wagering and at the moment one game takes about 5 seconds on this site. And that's not counting loading time. Not that it's bad, but if you could take 10000 bets from people in the same amount of time it takes for a "current speed" of 1000, why not right?
I mean at the end of the day it is all about improving and fixing and caring for what people are saying. If you listen to the community then you will do better and there is no denying that. You could be a purely dice website, a purely blackjack website, a whole casino, just a sportsbook or whatever else, it could be any other business as well but if you do not care about what your customers are saying then you are going to be screwed and there is no turning back from that.
Blackjack listens, there are like maybe 5 other places in all of crypto casino world that listens the way blackjack does and that is why they have gone up. As you said the problems are from demand and that's a great type of problem to have.
