Its normal for a altcoin for It's price pump & dump. Its bear market but you may buy some shiba for short but i don't think its future as bright as you asking. And shiba may pump cause nowdays there are some news about its partnerships, its payment method acceptance news and others but don't know these news real or not. Last question answer is, no! For short, you can but eth has bright future than shiba. So now its your choice
Not really a thing in the future.
But it doesn't mean you can't make profit from it but for me, it's better to leave it untouched if you're planning to get on it.
Much better to put that budget into something else than shiba or any other meme coins that you think is good to hold.
