I think for now in the red market bitcoin and altcoins are the same,
They're the same because both of them are in red.
we should party because we can buy our favorite crypto at a cheap price or it's the same as saying the cryptocurrency market is heavily discounted.

But that won't make the others to buy the crypto that they like because there's something that stops them and you know what is that? The thinking that it might go lower.
i prefer altcoins for short term and i will choose bitcoin for long term.
That's how it is as always.
We tend to hold bitcoin for long term and if ever there are some altcoins that we might be interested in, we're buying them and we're about to sell them as soon as possible.
Because that's what we think of them most of the time, they're good to be sold.
Many alts are good for the long run... look Ethereum, Binance, ADA, and many others, they made nice records this year, and I think we can say they will make new records in upcoming years! If the project is good and has potential you should consider holding it...
I guess Doge shows how crazy crypto world can be! Even Doge holders made a fortune last year... and it's just one of the examples! So the fact is that some alts are great for long term holding!
