Nothing beats buying coins at low price it's more safer this way than buying at a very high price and hoping it will go higher, also holders must decide whether to hold for short term or long term, I doubt we will ever see buying opportunity like 2018 again since crypto have proven to be safer than stock in the hot Covid period of march 2020, sharks and whales are waiting for every dips possible
Cheaper price is already out in the market, don’t expect for the price of Bitcoin to go lower than $20k again, that will not happen and you might lose a lot of opportunity if you keep on waiting for that price. Buying good tokens and coins while the price is dump is a good strategy, don’t wait for the price to recover before buying, take a risk now and enjoy that decision later on.
