Unfortunately Stake still has not made any contact with me regarding my complaint. They also failed to respond twice to the third party complaint service who tried their best to get in contact with Stake, sadly without any success.
With regards to that, no choice but to change plans and try alternatives. We should not wait for their actions now and you have to move forward.
At least, you bring up that case here and I'm sure they are already aware of that glitch or errors on their system.
