Your Cashier page states that the minimum withdrawal amount from Betja is 0.001 BTC. However, the player actually needs 0.0012 BTC to initiate a withdrawal. I think you should update that part of your website. Or maybe it's a mistake/bug? The 0.0002 BTC which is the withdrawal fee can apparently not be taken from a 0.001 BTC amount.
This is what they say on their website, something about dynamic minimum withdrawal system, and I think that something changed and different on this FAQ page from before.

There is one part saying that if you received free coins you can0t withdraw them until you deposit something on Betja website.
BetJA currently uses a dynamic minimum withdrawal system. You can check the amount whenever you try to withdraw, minimum withdrawal is already set on the amount field.
