Scam Report Format" to create a thread on the "
Scam Accusations" board.
also when i gave my evidence on other forum where he sells, the admins have closed his thread so he can not sell there anymore,
Unfortunately, that's not going to happen since scams aren't moderated in here, but you can "
create a flag [with enough support, it'll become active]" and other users can tag that user for his/her actions...

A: Possible (or real, not for me to decide) scams are not moderated to prevent moderator abuse. If we start picking out which ones we call "scammers" and ban, we would make a lot of decisions based on biased opinions.
