It's true, they canceled 2 withdrawals, and when I made a complaint, they blocked my account. it's still locked and they kept my money
Nice try! But it doesn’t work this way guys. Since there are no specific usernames we consider these replies as an attempt to affect our reputation by our unfair competitors. BTW there are a lot of employees from all over the world at Paradice, so that xenophobic words are pitiful.
If somehow we’re wrong, please check with our FAQ and TOS. Maybe you have no right for a withdraw. If there was no deposit for instance. But if you are facing the real issue, please contact our support team. They will surely help you with any problem.
Interesting fact. There were no tickets about issues with withdrawal for almost half a year at the support desk.
