@roycilik: It would be nice if you could get duelbits or any site around here to sponsor you though 
I've suggested him few times and I think he is not interested to try it. It is also not easy to be sponsored player, someone need to have at least social media account with good number of followers as the target audience. roycilik is also a busy man with so many things to work so I do not think he will have the time to make a show like most other sponsored streamers.
the influencer marketing is quite big but probably harder for casinos and gambling companies to announce too
not sure about twitch and other networks, but as far as I remember youtube has some regulations to make it forbidden.
