He can still tag a cheater even though he is not on the DT1 trust list. I've tag dozens of accounts cheater and I don't trust them, without a DT status I guess it doesn't matter because whichever user I tag, then I can see it displayed ^{[not for anyone else].} Apart from that the OP will remain in DT2 status as long as you are elected to DT1, but if you are downgraded to DT2 then all the accounts he is tagged with will not show red trust in profile if no other DT1 put him on trust list. But I think it's safe now, there are 2 others DT has tagged all cheaters accounts.
