there are two things here. If the streamer is popular and have a reasonable audience, he may charge money from the gambling site. Usually, the small or new gabling sites hire such streamers.

However, since Duelbits is already a very famous gambling site, they may not require to do a paid sponsorship to the streamers, unless the streamer is very much popular with his audience in millions.
I would say there is really no end or limit to marketing, that is the weird thing. I don't know who is the most watched streamer of all time, I am sure for someone in that line of business they do know it, but even if it is a person that never gambles at all, you could pay millions of dollars and get people.

Now, I know getting a person who doesn't normally gamble but gets like hundreds of thousands of viewers each stream doesn't make sense because they probably watch that person for gaming something like shooting games and such, but at the end of the day we are talking about endlessness and marketing is definitely like that when it comes to spending money. Duelbits could spend a lot of money, could go for free ones, whatever they end up picking, it's added marketing. You only realize if it is a good marketing or not by seeing if you are doing better or worse.
