If stake going to do that, there's no purpose for their support anymore. Anyone who's having a problem with their casino is free to contact them. They don't have to reply each thread that's made by anyone in the forum, they have their own thread and as well as support that can easily be used to contact. Well, the campaigns and other marketing stuff, it's out of the experience of their users and it has nothing to do with customer experience IMO.
