Your Cashier page states that the minimum withdrawal amount from Betja is 0.001 BTC. However, the player actually needs 0.0012 BTC to initiate a withdrawal. I think you should update that part of your website. Or maybe it's a mistake/bug? The 0.0002 BTC which is the withdrawal fee can apparently not be taken from a 0.001 BTC amount.

As we mentioned in the withdrawal section the total minimum withdrawal is "min amount + network fee"
