PurposeI have two purpose for the investment.
1. I want to diversify my portfolio. At the same time, I want to do DCA-bitcoin automatically.
2. I want to get paid by bitcoin monthly even when I live abroad, so that banks cannot interfere with my money. In my country, it's common to get bank account closed if I start to live abroad. Though, real estate ownership does not matter where you live and never get closed.
What I'm looking forI'm looking for real estate for investment (and local agent) with the following conditions.
Conditions1. I'm mainly looking for income gain for rent, not a capital gain for just buy-low-sell-high.
2. Rent should be paid by bitcoin with the amount of fixed local fiat currency (for example, 400 USD per month). The rent should be collected by appropriate agent and converted to bitcoin.
3. After I purchase a real estate, it should be possible for me to sell the real estate at any time, if there are any buyers who want to buy it with agreed criteria. (For example, imagine I purchase a condo with 100k USD, and after 1 year I get 10k income gain. After that, I decided to sell the condo with 100k USD and place it on the sell list. But nobody wanted to buy with 100k USD, and 1 year passed. Now I got 20k income gain in total. I lowered price to 90k USD and there's finally a buyer. So I get 110k USD in total)
4. Full ownership of foreign real estate investor should be protected by the local law. The contract should be real, legal one. I don't want "tokenized" asset or partial ownership like

5. It does not matter if the real estate is brand new or second-hand. It also does not matter if the real estate type -- land ownership, small flat, condo with small room, or full building with land.
6. I want liquidity, so preferably the real estate should locate in big city. I also prefer at least moderately developed country.
7. For initial purchase, I want to pay by bitcoin or international bank transfer.
8. I'm not sure if the above scheme work out or the agent can be trusted, so I firstly want to buy small real estate which costs around 10k USD.
9. It is possible that foreigner cannot tell where is dangerous neighbourhood in a city. Real estate in such a place should be priced lower. Local agent should be able to explain such associated risks.
10. Expected return should be more than 10% per year, including all the associated fees.
QuestionsI have following questions to the community:
1. Do you think the scheme described above is possible? Are there already similar service?
2. If I would be a local agent for the scheme described above for my local area (Tokyo/Japan), are you interested in it?
