Wrong. You are allowed to reply to threads, but you are not allowed to post multiple posts in a row. Again, read the forum rules (particularly rule 32).

No. There is no way for you to permanently delete your account, only admins can do that. Also, a fool is someone who behaves foolishly. How would you describe your behavior here?
