There's no way that he's going to get the funds anymore. He's already been judged by stake and there's no way to alter their decisions. If they have a strong evidence even if he asked for some considerations, that won't happen.

He has already given the verdict and that fund is probably going to be there. I just also wish if the funds have been deposited by him and it didn't came from any of his wins and referrals, they should let go of the fund and give it back.
